Technological forecasting at the Korean stock market: a dynamic competition analysis using Lotka-Volterra model

Article Abstract:

The relationship between Korean Stock Exchange and Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotation at Korean market is analyzed for technological forecasting. The model used in analysis is Lotka-Volterra, which estimates using empirical index data of two markets. The comparison resulting in an unstable equilibrium point in competition is also discussed.
