Amendments to the Liaoning birth-planning regulations of 28 May 1988, 22 September 1992

Article Abstract:

The article shows changes in earlier birth-planning regulations, including deletions and additions. Most of the previous laws are left unaltered, but additions have been made about how people become legally married, how adoptions fulfill birth requirements, penalties for not using birth control, and family planning for the floating population.
