Prospects of reconfiguration of the Russian political spectrum

Article Abstract:

Various surveys are conducted in Russia including topics like the kind of social and economic systems would people like to see in a future Russia, and the political forces preferred by people. It is reported that the Unified Russian is a full-fledged right-wing party but since it lacks clear-cut ideological core, Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) is considered as a right-wing party, as it presents a calque and a parody of the 'new-right' parties in Europe.
