Issues related to the differential of pension payments according to gender are examined, focusing on the corrective requirement that unisex annuity tables be used in calculating monthly retirement benefits. Topics include the application of the requirement to defined contribution plans and necessary legal reforms to ensure enforcement of the requirement.

Gradual retirement in Europe
Article Abstract:
This article discusses Europe's retirement policy reform. The author examines the gradual retirement plan, in which the elderly have greater control over deciding when to retire and offers them the opportunity to work part time during a transitional period between full time work and complete retirement.
