TV's young guns

The U.S. television broadcasting industry has expanded their operations into several platforms, and part of their strategy is to hire young executives to do the job. The plans of CBS interactive's Quincy Smith, Disney-ABC Television Group's Albert Cheng, and Fox's and NBC's Hulu.com CEO Jason Kilar are discussed.
