Issues concerning safely handling large crowds at leisure pool facilities, while maintaining the customer's satisfaction, are presented. Attendance at these facilities may sometimes be more than 10 times the number of visitors at traditional pools.

A moving experience: movable floors increase programming possibilities and make the most of limited space

Article Abstract:

Adjustable swimming pool floors are desirable for the flexibility they provide, especially when space is limited. Floors can be adjusted for the different depths needed for adult and child swimmers, and raised to floor level to provide additional meeting space. The costs and considerations of installing an adjustable floor are detailed.
