Australia's Heron Island: a unique wildlife adventure

Heron Island is located in the Australia's Great Barrier Reef (GBR). The 42-hectare island is composed of the remains of plants and animals that used to live on the reef. The island's marine life is more abundant and diverse than other areas in the GBR. Several accommodations to the island are available.
