Shipwreck slates

Article Abstract:

Shipwreck slates are being introduced as an innovative guide for undersea wrecks. Divers heading for Truk Lagoon in Micronesia can avail of waterproof slates that contain a detailed drawing of nine World War II Japanese wrecks. Aside from the illustrations, tips on how to reach these shipwrecks are given.

Cayman Salvage Master: Key West's modern historical shipwreck

Article Abstract:

The Cayman Salvage Master, which has become a popular Key West wreck dive for experts and novices, was a lighthouse buoy before it became a freighter and carried Cuban refugees in the Muriel Harbor boatlift in 1980. The wreck houses several Jewfishes and other unique and colorful aquatic species.
