The Airline Alliance of Central America has launched Visit Central America, a program that allows travelers to choose their own itinerary of multiple options at reduced rates. One can go on a tour combining visits to any of the seven countries in the region, each of which has great diving sites.

Utila's signature wreck

The Halliburton 211 ship had been deliberately sunk near Utila Harbor in Honduras on May 2, 1998. The shipwreck will eventually grow sponges, corals and seafans and become one of the major diving sites in the area.
