Manta Ray Hotel and Yap Divers resort has purchased a new fiberglass boat and has refurbished its rooms, restaurant and bar. New rooms are being constructed and a new restaurant manager has been hired. The resort has also trained its diving staff on handling emergencies requiring the use of oxygen.
