Article Abstract:

The 16 tracts of public land highlighted are underutilized by hunters. But land use is free and excellent deer hunting can be expected. The lands include New Hampshire's White Mt Nat'l Forest, Iowa's Shimek State Forest, Georgia's Flint River, Maine's Penobscot River Basin, and Black Hills Nat'l Forest, WY.

Fishing lures made from glass beads and brass weights have attracted many more bass fish that other fishing lures. Two distributors of the components for the lures are listed. The benefits of the lures are described.
