The car carrying Nellie Pennington and two other has plunged in to the river, 20 feet below Nellie Pennington is able to survive in below 95 degree Fahrenheit cold water without damages in brain or heart. A person can die from hypothermia as it slows down the body processors that need Oxygen and that can give more time to get rescued.
