A salt on the bones; is sodium sapping your skeleton?

Article Abstract:

Research indicates that sodium intake greater than 2,600 milligrams (MG) each day can reduce calcium intake by 891 mg, which is nearly one day's recommended calcium dose. Researchers recommend that people, especially women, decrease their sodium intake and increase their calcium intake.
