Article Abstract:

Golfers playing with new clubs begin the process of switching equipment in the fall of the previous year. Manufacturers look to get as many bigged named golfers as possible to play with their gear, and concentrate hardest on players who aren't already signed to a contract. Most Tour pros compare the consistency, feel, ball flight and distance of the new clubs with their own before making a decision.
