A description of events at the 2000 US Open golf tournament is presented. The event was won by Tiger Woods whose 15-stroke victory was the largest victory margin in the history of the championship.

Article Abstract:

Golfers competing in the 1997 PGA Championships at Winged Foot golf course will need to play both long and short games because of the nature of the course. The history, design and evaluation of the course is given. Challenging places to watch for on the greens are discussed.
