Hit 'em where it hurts: taking the fun and profit out of poaching

Article Abstract:

A mere 7,000 game wardens are responsible for patrolling the US and Canada, so enforcement of poaching laws is difficult. The best solution to the poaching problem is to increase fines significantly and take away hunting privileges, perhaps permanently, for gross offenders.
