The British Virgin Islands feature several scuba diving locations. These places are characterized by exotic marine life, colorful and shallow reefs, and corals. They also feature a number of wrecks, including the Antilla, Stavronikita, and Iristo. In addition, the British Virgin Islands offer various types of accommodations and mode of transportation for travellers. Some of the dive operators in the area are Blue Water Divers, Dive BVI Ltd and Trimarine Boat Co.

Puerto Rico
Article Abstract:
Puerto Rico has become a popular destination for divers with diving tourism shooting up by 700% from 1990 to 1995. The area offers divers some of the world's most luxurious resorts and attractions such as shallow patch reefs on a undersea plateau and the five-mile Puerto Rico Trench. Diving destinations include San Juan, Fajardo & Humacao, Culebra & Vieques and La Parguera. Diving conditions in each of these places are also discussed.

Queensland
Article Abstract:
The Great Barrier Reef (GBR), the largest reef system in the world which is made up of 2,800 individual reefs, is one of the features of Queensland, Australia. Queensland offers options for recreation. Some of which are day boating, shopping, snorkeling and golf. Dive trips to the Daintree National Park, Tully River rapids and Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park and live-aboard cruises to the GBR and in the Coral Sea are also offered.
