Buying a boat?

Article Abstract:

Boaters buying new boats can save at least $2,000 as well as reduce operating costs by declining the engine upgrades offered by dealers. It is argued that increased engine power is not needed by average boaters who spend most their time working on their boats, relaxing and cruising at low speeds.
