Study shows that Americans are over weight in part as they have abundance of food to choose iron from. The use of protein based foods such as fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, reduction in the quantity of food are helpful techniques of balancing the intake food diary since keeping a note of every thing you eat in a day makes you conscious about your food intake.

Many people who like cheese are selecting healthier, low-fat versions such as goat cheese, farmer cheese, mozzarella, cottage cheese, feta, and Jarlsberg. The difference can be significant in that Cheddar may have 18 grams of fat per ounce, compared with two grams for cottage cheese.
