Fear is the main reason for non-confirmation to a fitness plan. A person can confirm to a fitness plan by rethinking the definition of exercise, by being environmentally conscious, testing the waters, getting personal training, knowing the triggers and by being optimistic.

The condition of muscle and strength loss in people of otherwise-normal weight is called sarcopenia. A fit woman should have 14 to 24 percent body fat depending on her build for regulating body temperature, cushioning organs and acting as fuel reserve.
