The whole Bole game

Article Abstract:

Swimming coach George Bole of St. Petersburg (Florida) Masters believes that swimming is unlimited. Swimmers can always develop their talents by learning more. At St. Petersburg Masters, swimmers are encouraged to try various techniques especially in strokes and they are not always bound to what the school requires. Bole also believes that swimmers should aim at something. Bole explained that coaches must encourage and motivate their students to learn more.

Deep thoughts

Article Abstract:

Deep-water running is an exercise that complements swimming, running and aerobics. It strengthens the feet and burns fat. Moreover, marathoners could improve dryland running through this exercise. This water exercise does not require so much time, it does not make the hair wet, and is not exhausting. Swimming and workout, however, are good exercises too but they require a lot of sleep, massage, and a long shower.
