Utica, NY is home to the annual Boilermaker 15-K held every July. The city has demonstrated extensive support for the race, and companies helped to fund a building for the Hall of Fame. The first inductees include Ted Corbitt, Frank Shorter, Kathrine Switzer, Bill Rodgers, and Joan Samuelson.
