More and more world-class skiers are adding a water workout to their daily training regimens, which is a good idea according to some trainers. A complete pool workout for skiers, including illustrations, is discussed.

Go-go dancing is a good way to exercise, particularly for skiers as it tones up many of the same muscle groups. A selection of moves to dance to and improve muscle tone are described.
