Getting Mo' time

Article Abstract:

Only a swim coach who is also a mother of 18-month-old twins knows what it is like to be busy. Mo Chambers, who was the 1996 American Swimming Coaches Assn's Coach of the Year, was the head coach of the Mountain View, CA, Masters team for nine years and is the current editor of a local newsletter for mothers of twins. Chambers claims that she has been able to cope with her busy schedule by making allowances for crunch time, getting outside help and modifying her goals appropriately.

Many deli sandwiches and salads are loaded with hidden fats, but it is possible to order a relatively low-fat menu item by following a few tips. Substituting mustard for mayonnaise and asking for half the meat are both good ideas. A chart comparing popular lunch items is included.
