Getting over it: the best way to deal with hills is to make peace with them

Many runners who claim they hate hills actually fear them, but fearing them and fighting them is the wrong approach. It is better to make peace with hills and work with them. It is important for runners to try to hold a steady effort on hills, rather than a steady pace.
