"Help, I've been mistaken for a duck..." and other fitness challenges

Article Abstract:

One of the most common questions asked is about how long one should engage in physical activity when starting a fitness walking program. The recommended amount of time is an average 30 minutes of walking daily. Another issue is how fast should one walk to lose calories. The speed of one's walk will determine the number of calories per hour burned.
