Ice age: a look at the wild and woolly world of international ice speedway
Article Abstract:
International ice speedway motorcycle racing was born in the early 1920s in Scandinavia. It has spread since then and has been upgraded from European Championship to World Championship status. Ice speedway racing features motorcycles with wheels studded with 1-inch steel spikes.
