Article Abstract:

Experts recommend drinking between four to six ounces of water for every fifteen minutes of workout to prevent dehydration. Two gadgets of Acumen Inc., Hydra-Alert HRM, one with a heart-rate monitor and Hydra-Alert Jr., one without that monitor fluid loss and remind the wearer to drink up are reviewed.
