Mountain bike buyer's guide

Runners can benefit through cross training, and a mountain bike provides an excellent opportunity to do that. A good mountain bike, such as the Mongoose Rockadile, will cost between $500 and $650. Features of bikes in higher and lower price ranges are examined.
