NRHA's drug-rule debate

Article Abstract:

Some of the opinions and controversies that have accompanied discussion at the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) of drugs rules for reiners are presented as reining horses perform under rules that restrict or prohibit drug usage when participated in an event that has drug rules in place. A step-by-step explanation of the association aims in defining its stance on medications in competition is presented.
