Article Abstract:

The fall season in New England provides an excellent opportunity for golfers to enjoy the lush fairways, breezy seashores, and cool nights. Maine is the home of two outstanding courses: Point Sebago, a golf and beach RV resort, and Samoset Resort, in Rockport. Three other courses are also mentioned.

Information regarding the increased population in ski areas around the United States is given. Overall, the U.S. population grew by 13% over the past ten years, with most ski area growing over 45% to almost 100% in that same time.

Mountain golf

Four of the finest mountain golf courses in the US are described. They are the Dragon at Gold Mountain, Okemo Valley Golf Club, Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks and Raven Golf Club at Snowshoe Mountain.
