Article Abstract:

The United States boasts more than 2,500 clubs for skiers, with a median membership of 400 skiers per club. Ski clubs offer members numerous tangible and intangible benefits, from ski partners and parties, to information services and a voice on issues affecting skiers. A number of the most significant ski clubs are detailed, and tips provided for finding and joining a club.
