Old Silo Golf Course has been opened about 30 minutes east of Lexington in Kentucky by Australian golfer Graham Marsh and William Kubly, an American course builder. The course is named after a historical storage structure which is located near the 16th fairway, and it features 98 bunkers. Marsh and Kubly plan to open more golf courses in the future.

An overview is presented of several golfing resorts which boast locations on exotic islands. The Tobago Plantations Golf & Country Club is an 18 hole championship course located by a hotel which offers 200 rooms and suites while the 14 holes of the Punta Cana Resort & Club offers views of the Caribbean.
