Please release me: why current catch and release policies don't work

Article Abstract:

Recreational fishermen must cooperate in efforts to control the negative impact of tournaments on conservation. Although commercial fishing also needs stricter regulation due to similar problems, recreational anglers must step up on its own efforts, such as improving catch and release policies.
