The popularity of hitch-mounted racks on sport utility vehicles has been growing, as cyclists underscore the need for efficient, secure and highly accessible mounting. The Rhode Gear is one of the best racks currently available, featuring an optimal tubular design that compliments a number of complicated frames.

Crossing the threshold

Article Abstract:

Lactate threshold (LT) is a better baseline for determining athletes' training intensity. As compared to maximum heart rate, LT provide more accurate benchmark for planning training zones because it considers genetic and training differences.
