Raising super men

Article Abstract:

Peggy Drexler's book, Raising Boys without Men: How Maverick Moms Are Creating the Next Generation of Exceptional Men, has a message for women raising sons without a man around. Drexler studied 32 boys in San Francisco, California, aged between 5 and 13, comparing those raised by married opposite-sex couples to the ones raised by single mothers or by lesbian couples and concluded that the boys raised without fathers could do just fine.
