Going for the bliss: forget endorphins and runner's high; you don't have to sweat to reduce your stress

'Meditative workout' classes, such as yoga and tai chi, are becoming increasingly popular as people are discovering that vigorous exercise often does little to reduce stress. It is believed that exercises like walking and running can also be stress-reducers if a rhythm is established.
