Smarter tactics for smart geese

Article Abstract:

Geese are clever creatures and they can be difficult to hunt. The birds become increasingly wary as the hunting season progresses. They are also cautious of decoys and have good eyesight. A good time to hunt migrant birds is before a storm, when they seek shelter. A good blind for hunting goose can be difficult to locate and build properly, though calling geese is relatively easy.

Article Abstract:

The surest road to hunting success is a thorough knowledge of the area one hunts and an understanding of the ways that land is used by the deer. Areas plentiful in acorns will attract deer, as will small pools of water. Other tips are also given.
