When the playing field changes

Article Abstract:

Physical therapists (PTs) believe that there are many things when the playing field changes and it happens when we take on a new position, or pursue an advanced degree. When such changes takes place then there should be triumvirate of critical steps that one must take to get to the finish line and achieve ones goal as one should assess oneself and check the expertise gaps, change oneself according to the situation and get serious about ones goal.
