The art of ooch

The ooch, which is a sudden forward body movement that stops abruptly, is a good move for surfing and planing a racing dinghy. Tips are presented on the shroud adjuster ooch, kick ooch, 420 partner ooch, ideal FJ ooch and thwart ooch.
