Man overboard!

Article Abstract:

Falling overboard can mean death by drowning or from extreme cold and exhaustion. Three incidents where people fell overboard are recounted. For each, survival and rescue tactics are described. Crucial skills every boater should know for survival and rescue are discussed.

Wallop-Breaux: where is your money going?
