The Denali is the newest addition to GMC Yukon's line of sport-utility vehicles which has been designed for maximum towing performance. It is equipped with a 255-hp, 5.7-liter V-8 engine and four-speed electronically controlled Hydraulic transmission.

The Honda CR-V sports utility vehicle was introduced in 1997. The CR-V, which stands for comfortable runabout vehicle, has a four-cylinder engine driving the front wheels, an automatic Real-Time All-Wheel Drive system and 1,000 lbs towing capability.
