Article Abstract:

Law enforcers' prejudice against bicyclists despite having the same rights as other motorists is enough reason for not obeying traffic rules. Such attitudes does not solve the problem of inadequate laws but only reinforces the wrong impression of cyclist.

Five dual-suspension mountain bikes were tested on Mexico's Baja peninsula for comfort, price and appearance. The Specialized FSR ($2,709) received top ratings because of its low weight and minimal vibrations.
