The senior swing: lengthen your backswing and your shots with these three keys

Article Abstract:

People lose flexibility as they age and it can shorten a golfer's backswing and subsequently, their shots. Distance can be achieved through a specific grip, turn of the body and specialized footwork. The grip provides additional wrist action while the body's turn is maximized.

Article Abstract:

There are four steps a golfer should take to hit longer tee shots. A neutral, two-knuckle grip with the left hand, feet spread wider than shoulders, a football quarterback's posture and a 30-degree outward position for the feet should be used.
