The tennis workouts

There are several workouts ideal for tennis players. Stretching exercises are ideal for improving flexibility. Strength can be improved by pulling weights. Tennis players will also benefit from cardiovascular conditioning and cross-training.

Playing tennis is an aerobic exercise that offers cardiovascular conditioning benefits. Practicing rather than playing sets can increase these benefits. Three cardio tennis drills are presented.
