Therapeutic value of exercise training in parkinson's disease

Article Abstract:

Research was conducted to understand whether intensive exercise training influences motor disability, mood and well-being in parkinson's disease patients. Results showed that intensive sports activities improved early to medium stage parkinsonian patients in all of the above areas.

Body composition in dancers: the bioelectrical impedance method

Results demonstrate that bioelectric impedance is the best of the four techniques tested for an accurate assessment of body composition of young female dancers.
