The US Fish and Wildlife Service faces difficulties in enforcing provisions of the Endangered Species Act and enforcing environmental policy. Efforts by Congress and industry to prevent enforcement of the Endangered Species Act are described. Conservationists also are suing the agency for not enforcing the Act.

Kings of the wild frontier?

The history of the national frontier development plans and subsequent conservation plans is presented. One-hundred years ago, development was the goal, but now concerns are that parks and wilderness development have been overreached.
