What it takes to Beat the Odds

Article Abstract:

Five cases of healing are presented. The cases involve heart disease, cancer, Hodgkin's disease, and stroke. For example, Darrell Landon was actually dead for a few moments from cardiac arrest, but recovered. His long-range recovery is a result of exercise, guided imagery, the setting of goals, a low-fat diet, and meditation. This and other cases are discussed.
