Article Abstract:

An interesting account of how Andre Vincent, a new mum, succeeded in her search for a couple of running buddies by harnessing the Internet is given. Her marketing skills and her husband's database-programming expertise helped her establish a website to help women staying in Washington, D.C., northern Virginia, and Maryland find running or walking groups that fitted into their tight schedule and allowed them to bring the kids along.

A yoga practitioner speaks on her initial attitude towards yoga and the changes she discovered while learning yoga. She believes that a person has to refocus his attention inward and approach with humility and an easy-does-it attitude to get the full benefit that yoga promises.
