The sky's the limit

Article Abstract:

Well-planned firework displays provide a profitable return for fund raisers. Costs include venue, promotion and facilities. Insurance against personal accident or building damage is necessary. First aid facilities and emergency access must also be available. The cost of the fireworks is the biggest outlay. Displays vary in cost from 1,000 pounds sterling for a small display to 12,000 pounds for a commercial event. However, corporate sponsorship could generate additional income.

Confessions of a failed TV personality

Article Abstract:

Many print journalists have a hard time shifting to broadcast journalism. The latter involves taking together information and the people and handling them as a performance, a task that becomes doubly hard if the journalist does not have good interpersonal skills.
